Responsibilities:

Independently Manage Recruitment Activities

Are you ready to take charge of recruitment-related activities across various Middle East regions? As a senior talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll take the initiative in addressing corrective actions, managing the recruitment life cycle, and sourcing technical skill sets through various tools.

Candidate Assessment and Management

Your role will involve measuring candidates' caliber against strict requirements, negotiating offers, managing the applicant tracking system, and ensuring successful candidate onboarding. You'll also collaborate closely with internal hiring managers, contributing innovative ideas to streamline processes.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Market Knowledge: Understand the PMCM industry in the Middle East and stay updated on recruitment trends.
  • Teamwork & Creativity: Ability to work within teams, develop creative sourcing ideas, and think critically about open positions.
  • Multitasking & Social Media Recruiting: Manage multiple tasks effectively and utilize social media for recruitment.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship Building: Demonstrate strong communication skills and build relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recruitment Experience: 8 years with a preference in the PMCM industry.
  • Education: B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Competencies: Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability, proficient in Microsoft Office, and excellent time management.
